What this covers

FIO Solutions LLC (“FIO Solutions,” “we,” “us”) buys vacant land from the people who own it. This policy applies to this website and to the information you share with us when you ask for an offer or get in touch about your property.

What you send us

The offer request form asks for the kind of land, its state and county, a parcel number or address if you have one, when you would like to sell, your name, a phone number and/or email address, and any notes you choose to add. The form also records the web address of the page it was sent from and the time it was sent.

If you call or email us instead, we keep what you tell us in that conversation.

What the server records

Like nearly every website, ours keeps routine server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and when. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.

There are no analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site, and it loads nothing from outside services.

How we use it

When you send the form, your details go to our own systems and are stored there so we can follow up with you. We use them to:

• look up the property and prepare a written offer;
• contact you by phone or email about that property and offer;
• carry out a sale, if you decide to go ahead; and
• keep ordinary business records and meet our legal obligations.

Who else sees it

We never sell or rent your personal information. It is shared only:

• with companies that help us do the work, such as the title company that closes a sale you agree to and the hosting, email, and phone providers we rely on, and only for that work;
• when the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights; and
• with a company that takes over our business, if that ever happens, which would remain bound by this policy.

Your choices

• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
• Write to info@fiosolutions.land for a copy of what we have on file about you, or to have it fixed or erased. We respond once we have confirmed the request comes from you.
• We may keep a minimal record of a do-not-contact request, or of a completed sale, where we need it to honor that request, settle a dispute, or comply with the law.

Storage and safeguards

We hold personal information only as long as the purposes above require, then delete or de-identify it. The site is served over HTTPS, and our systems are access-controlled. Even so, no way of sending or storing data online is perfectly secure.

Minors

This site is meant for property owners. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Updates

When this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
